Balls In The Air

Verse 1

Man with a painted face

Throwing coloured balls in the air

Smiling continually to the audience

As if he doesnt care

Seamlessly he juggles them

His hands just a blur

Each ball rises and falls

His focus never disturbed

Chorus

Each coloured ball contains

A vital part of his life

A challenge, a goal, a love

All balanced in his mind

Verse 2

His smile distracts from a sweaty brow

As the balls travel up and down

Each ball handled with purpose

And never hit the ground

For the juggler started life

Throwing up just one ball

Numbers increased rapidly

As he was expected to handle more

Chorus

Each coloured ball contains

A vital part of his life

A challenge, a goal, a love

All balanced in his mind

Verse 3

He was at his capacity

He could juggle no more

Eyes were aging, mind was going

His entertaining days nearly gone

Audience throws him one more

Juggler panics and falls

His brain and hands overload

All the balls fall to the floor

Chorus

Each coloured ball contains

A vital part of his life

A challenge, a goal, a love

All balanced in his mind
